We want you to love your Rylee + Cru pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to use on your next boutique find.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
